Gardner Used Cars
This is a site using Brandon Keep's www.openautoclassifieds.com CMS modified for my client's use. It uses php, mySQL and css themes. For this client I also developed a facebook site and advised them on SEO practices. I chose to use pure PHP instead of incorporating Flash so there would be no mobile device issues accessing the web site.

Menu samples
Drop Down Menu
This menu was developed due to the huge amount of content needed to be accessed as well as the need to routinely replace update and add files. This menu makes use of css styles, jquery backend with xml. Because there are over 1200 files and counting, I recommended the purchase of A-1 Generator to quickly develop the xml to generate the links to files dynamically. I also coded a function to pull in back-end asp.net code for access to enterprise applications on SumTotal LMS. The actual files have been removed so the links do not work due to proprietary information contained in the files.
Drop Down Menu Two
This menu is based on the Drop Down Menu and resulted in a quick turn around for adding training materials for this system as well. The actual files have been removed so the links do not work due to proprietary information contained in the files.
FAQ Search
The business client wanted a way to quickly search for terms in the FAQ as well as a downloadable version which appears in Drop Down Menu Two. I modified the tutorial on http://www.designchemical.com by categorizing some of the elements and keeping them on page so the user would realize if the category matched the search element. The dropdown allows the user to search only the category they are interested in.

Internet Archived Sites
Wayback Internet Archive Reference to Thebluegrasspages.com
This is a snapshot of one of my first web sites. It was made for a car dealership. It was originally developed in 1996 and makes extensive use of perl and a text based comma delimited structure. It included several images and video walk-thrus of vehicles in quicktime. Though the coding was lost with the site.
Wayback Internet Archive Reference to Escalater.com
This website was developed as a portfolio/consulting site. I still use most of the same questions from the original questionaire. The basics have not changed.
Wayback Internet Archive Reference to Dog Chat web site.
This site was originally hosted on escalater.com but the owner of the doginfomat asked if she could host it. This site was a content award winning web site in LookSmart. It was a labor of love in that I wanted people to be able to connect with other dog lovers online and I also wanted the sites they accessed to be safe.
